I'm pretty sure I'm out of luck here, but thought I'd ask incase someone was aware of a utility or something that could be of assistance...
Heres the third version:
I restored my iPhone 4s from the backup of my iPhone 4 that died. The iPhone 4s had vacation pictures that had never gotten to sync with the system. I'm looking for a utility that may be able to recover them. I am not hopeful since they have most likely been written over.
Heres the long version:
My iPhone 4 went snorkeling with me and spent an hour in the water. Oops. I went and bought a 4s to replace it, took pics of me on Mt Kilauea and of some waterfalls and such, and brought it home and restored it from my iPhone 4 recovery file...
...oops again! I never backed up the 4s before restoring it, so those pictures are gone
I'm hoping there is a utility out there or something that may be of assistance however I understand that the pics were probably written over. Anyone know of anything that may help?
